FSC Civils is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator. This position will require proactive monitoring, risk mitigation and identification, compliance management, and an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Administering contract documents, including variations, site instructions, notice of delays and extensions, and claims.Preparing & assessing the contract claims.Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.Liaising with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.Preparation of subcontractor packages. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are maintained and administered.Managing procurement processes, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and issuing purchase orders.Maintaining accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and project documentation.Assisting with the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts. Produce timely and accurate cost analysis to understand the basis of any variances to the project forecast and budget.Providing support to project teams as required to ensure project success.Document control. Requirements:5+ years of Contract Administration experience within the civil construction industry (note, some exceptions will be considered).Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field. Construction site exposure beneficial.Experience in successful contract management and negotiations for projects valued at greater than $20M.Strong understanding of contract law and construction contracts.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Collaborative and client-focused work ethic with a positive, passionate, and forward-thinking approach to work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Valid driver's license.
