Seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator for the SCEE Synergy CBESS project to manage contracts, ensure compliance & support project delivery

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team for the Collie Battery Energy Storage System (CBESS) project. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a pioneering renewable energy project in Western Australia.Position Overview:
The SCEE Synergy CBESS project, focused on developing a Central Battery Energy Storage System, is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator. This role involves managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and supporting the project through effective contract management.
Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Administer and manage all project contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain contractual documentation, including contracts, amendments, and correspondence.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure contractual obligations are met.Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and industry standards.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with contract execution and administration.Financial Oversight: Monitor and report on financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting, invoicing, and payments.Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any contractual disputes or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on contract status, issues, and performance to project management and senior leadership.Manage project variations and progress claims efficiently.Assist in claims strategies and reviews, including EOT/delays claims.Ensure rights and obligations of the contract are adhered to by the project team.Experience in providing assistance and opinion in project control management such as cost control and some accounting function experience.Able to meet tight deadlines and maintain performance under fast moving project schedule. 30th May, 2024 About Us:
