Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client's Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.
The Role: Working as part of our mining sustaining capital project team, you'll be working on a development feasibility study with a tier 1 ore producing client. Calibre are delivering the detailed design and construction package development, which means you'll have a range of tender packs and service contracts to work on. Your day to day will typically include;
Administering the tendering process and assisting with the evaluation of tenders.Assessing, reviewing and advising Senior Commercial & Project Management in respect of contractor claims for variations, progress claims and extensions.Engage with project stakeholders, clearly communicate requirements and process, and report on progress throughout the project.Execute procurement processes seeking expressions of interest, requests for quotation and invitation to bids to suppliers.Thrive with us!
