Position Overview 
 
We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our committed and dynamic commercial finance team at our head office in Chatswood. Reporting to the Commercial Assurance Manager, the key purpose of this role is to deliver a range of contract management support including but not limited to preparing, negotiating, and reviewing company contracts, including sales, purchases, and business partnerships.
 
Position Responsibilities  Head contract administrationSubcontract contract administrationHead and Subcontract variationPreparation of subcontractor package, scope of workAssist in preparing tender or pricing package/ documentationProvide guidance on contractual obligationsAssist in resolving contract disputes, claims, and issues in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with stakeholders as neededMaintain accurate records of contract documents, correspondence, and project-related documentationEscalating noncompliance where required and seeking to minimise riskAttendance at Project Governance Review MeetingsBusiness partnering with key stakeholders to support contractual decision makingPreparation of variance analysis, commentary on performance and key performance indicatorsAssist with responding to auditor queries at half/year endLook for process and efficiency improvements that will benefit the business and implement in partnership with business stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements and generate process efficienciesAd-hoc tasks to assist in &/or improve contract administration processesAdvocate safe work practices as per customer and BSA standards with 100% compliance to procedures and policiesThe right candidate should have: Previous experience within a complex, high volume environment, along with intermediate to strong excel skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment with a can-do approachAbility to embrace a "hands-on" delivery environment that is client-centricExcellent communication, time-management and organisational skillsAble to work autonomously and in a team environmentBenefits: A competitive salary packagePaid Parental Leave benefitFlexible work arrangementsHealth & Wellbeing programEmployee Assistance ProgramLearning and Development opportunitiesJoin us in our journey toward a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace where everyone is valued and respected.
