About the role This is a dynamic contract admin role working across both Pre/site & On/site construction.
Responsibilities: Works closely with the building manager Reporting and preparing reports & making presentations On/site administration which includes liaising with supervisors, helping mange the project management software Pre/site duties including permits and working with clients on variations Your Background: Previous experience in a similar role within the construction sector Experience in obtaining building permits and other permits/documents Professional stakeholder management skills and experience Enjoy a face-paced environment Presentable and effective communicator Willingness to learn and develop To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
