Contracts Administrator

A well-established head contractor is ready to begin work on a number of New Build projects early in 2025 (Interviews now). They have created a new division to meet this demand and require a Contracts Administrator (CA) to join their newly formed team.

THEM: Robust, professional, accredited and financially very solvent.A raft of existing clients filling their pipeline for years to come.Proactive corporate social responsibility.A great reputation with their clients and approx. $100 Million of work around Melbourne over the coming few years. YOU: An experienced CA within the commercial New Build space, with some longevity in your role(s) to date.Skilled in drafting scopes, end-to-end procurement, and permit applications.Firsthand familiarity with Procore will be a distinct advantage, if not industry systems savvy.Excellent communication skills, as you'll be dealing with a range of stakeholders. This is a newly created role in a newly created division of a successful head contractor. The work will be varied, and there will be a lot to get your teeth into as you develop your career along the way.
