You're an experienced Contracts Administrator with a proven track record on commercial construction projects valued at $5M or higher.
You thrive on the detail, ensuring every contract and procurement package aligns perfectly with the project's goals.
Experience in education/school builds is highly regarded, or aged care/health care/community centres of a similar scope ($5M - $20M project experience preferred).
Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Oversee head contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements.Procurement: Source and secure project materials and subcontractors.Cost Control: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address challenges to keep projects on track. What You'll Need: Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial construction projects ($5M minimum).Education/school project experience is highly favorable.Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A proactive and team-oriented mindset.
