THE COMPANYMulti-residential specialist with track record spanning well over a decade.Valuable repeat clients – high end developers in sought after suburbs through to community housing and social housing projects.First class systems and processes – office based role with handy public transport links and parking options.THE ROLE & REQUIREMENTSIntermediate to senior level CA – you will be overseeing all commercial activities on a $35m apartment in Melbourne's leafy eastern suburbs – high end build.A role commencing late January/February – ample lead in time for procurement and precontract works – the project will be demolition phase until April/May.You must have proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the multi residential sector in Australia, ideally with a network of local subcontractors and understanding of rates.This company offers progression to PM in time, but equally values career CA's.Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent is a necessity with proven CA experience.THE DUTIESAdminister Contracts (Head / Subcontracts).Setup & maintain Project Letting Schedule.Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes and schedules.Accurate review & evaluation of subcontract Tenders.Manage progress claim assistance and external variations.Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims.Administer RFI's to architects, consultants and clients.Support the Project Manager in meeting all project requirements.THE BENEFITSExceptional management team that mentor and develop their staff – you will learn from the very best.A great company culture of support, success and shared responsibility – there is a unique vibe about this company.Strong work/life balance.Salary package in the $140k-$170k range depending upon your skills and experience.HOW TO APPLYFollow the links below or email your application direct to ****** a confidential chat about the role please contact Neil Powell on 0432 538 193.
