With endless landmark projects under their belt, they are continuing to secure project after project throughout Australia and find themselves in a great position for the next 3 years.
They currently operate in every state in Australia, delivering projects between $10M and $300M, and they attract some of the best operators in Australia by being able to offer landmark projects.
They currently have two offices in QLD: Brisbane and Townsville.
The role – Contracts Administrator (Townsville) Their QLD operation has been particularly busy, and they have been rewarded for their hard work this year by securing multiple projects of significant value within the state.
We are looking for an experienced CA to join a team on an upcoming landmark health project located in Townsville.
To be successful for the role of Contract Administrator you will need: A construction related degreeA minimum of 5-8 years experience as a Contract AdministratorPrevious experience with a well-known builderExperience on projects of $50M plusStability on your CVAble to work in a teamGood communicatorAble to complete cost reportsBe well presented as you will be dealing with the clientThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join one of Australia's largest builders who can offer a long run of work and a structured career path in Northern QLD.
