Role: Manage the day-to-day preparation of customer contracts, to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in the contracts register.
The role is responsible for managing new contracts, contract renewals and modifications, and maintaining detailed records of all contractual documents.
Responsibilities: Update and maintain the contract database and respond to associated queries.
Update customer details in the contracts register.
Communicate product pricing and customer pricing changes to the Manager, Customer Billing to ensure invoicing accuracy.
Ensure customer change of details are communicated to internal stakeholders.
Prepare customer contracts nationally.
This includes the preparation of related records, Master Service Agreements and monthly reporting of outcomes/status progressively.
Communicate upcoming customer renewals to CRM's and Sales Operations to ensure contract terms are negotiated in a timely manner and renewals occur seamlessly between contract periods.
Collaborate with Reporting & Analytics to ensure that Retainer utilisation information is accurately tracked and reported to customers.
Process and coordinate new contracts and renew/extend contracts as required, from system review dates and management requests.
About you: Minimum 2 years of corporate commercial environment or contract administration experience.
Ability to quickly learn the intricacies of internal database systems.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately and thoroughly process data.
Experience with using financial systems and an understanding of financial processes.
Strong communication skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team The Next Step: To apply for this role, it is essential that you have or willing to obtain a National Police Check.
