We are currently seeking multiple Contracts Administrators for roles across fit-out, commercial, and high-rise residential projects.

YOUR role will place you in a dynamic team environment where delivering results and translating client briefs into tailored project solutions is key.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will manage Head Contracts, oversee financial forecasting, procurement, and detailed scopes of work, as well as handle cost reporting, progress claims, variations, EOTs, NODs, and RFIs.
This role offers a significant opportunity to apply your expertise and become a crucial part of a team that values efficiency, quality, and client-focused collaboration.
YOUR Experience Strong communication skills with proven abilities in negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
Proficient in IT with practical experience using Hammertech and Procore.
Comprehensive understanding of Contract Law, construction-specific legislation, codes, and regulations.
Self-motivated with a proactive and positive approach.
Passionate about the construction industry and enjoys working within a team environment.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Contracts Administration.
Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
