Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating the accurate documentation of financial activities, including variations, profit projections, and compliance reportingEfficiently managing the procurement process for subcontractorsSupervising commercial contractsFacilitate deposit management, including coordination with solicitors/builders, payment arrangements, refunds, and client updates.What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you should have substantial practical experience with property development, commercial or residential construction projects exceeding $10 million. A solid understanding of subcontractor management and extensive knowledge of commercial contracts are essential.
