They are now looking for an ambitious Contracts Administrator eager to transition into a Project Management role, overseeing the full project lifecycle for current and upcoming ventures.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager while working closely with the site, design, and project teams.
Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to final delivery, on projects valued at up to $50M across NSW.
Acting as a key point of contact, you'll collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards DUTIES.
Manage project design Service coordination Variations Procurement Programming Cost control Client management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE.
