Ingeteam are seeking an entry level contracts administrator, someone with a recent law degree who is eager to gain first-hand experience within the renewable energy industry.

The Role As the Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success.
Working closely with the Business Development team in the pre-sales process, as well as the Project Management team regarding the management and negotiation of commercial & contractual elements of all projects (utility-scale grid-connected solar & wind farm development projects).
Manage, review, and evaluate the commercial elements of complex project contracts for utility and commercial scale renewable power generation projects.
Contract negotiation while liaising internally with the different stakeholders (legal, finance, compliance, technical).
Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams during contract negotiations.
Draft and manage contractual responses and variations in conjunction with the project scope.
Conduct contract risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
You A tertiary degree in Law, or a related field.
Ability to read & interpret complex project contracts.
Knowledge on contract coordination / management, contract law and legal regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities and able to multitask.
