Contracts Administrator required to join and support the project team in delivering Health, Education, Industrial and Retail projects in Brisbane.Our successful head contractor is looking for a driven Contracts Administrator to join a high achieving team in the delivery of Health, Education, Industrial and Retail projects in Brisbane & surrounds.You will be a key member of the project team.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDrafting Scope of Works, tender packages, project reporting and financial reportingLiaison with the Project teamCash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained Budget controlMaintain of formal notices and key correspondenceSub-contractor letting, liaison and managementMaintain a register of suppliers and sub-contractorsInterpret plans and specifications Ensure compliance and quality is metProcess progress claimsRequirements:3+ years Contracts Administration experienceExposure to delivering projects up to $10MilPrevious Experience in Education ProjectsExposure to Cheops, Procore or Jobpac software favouredDegree in Construction Management or equivalentTrade background & practical experience would be favouredStrong attention to detail skillsA can-do attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to expand further on your construction knowledgeCompany benefits:Staff development framework Fun team culture with regular social eventsLong-term opportunity & stable employmentHow to Apply:If you qualify for the above requirements and are looking for your next opportunity then please click APPLY or send your CV to For more information on Construction roles please feel free to call Mark Johnson on for a confidential chat.Please note that and all CV's are held in the strictest confidence.Streamline Careers look forward to assisting you!
