About the Position.As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing contracts and ensuring the successful execution of some of Canberra's most exciting projects. The project team consists of a Project Manager and Director, as well as two Contracts Administrators, a Cadet, two Site Managers, multiple Foremen, and Leading Hands.Duties.Formulate, lodge, and manage Client progress payment claimsEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate and compile monthly reports, including presentations to management, in collaboration with the Project ManagerManage project finalisation activities including financial and defects close, completion documentationForecast and report on key project financials including cashflow, costs, and timeSkills & Experience.
