Fyshwickoffice with Hybrid working Novated lease options Defence construction and remediation projects THE ROLE Support the successful commercial delivery of multiple projects worth up to $50 million.
Support project team with everyday commercial tasks Assist in tracking and forecasting project costs and revenue for internal and external reporting Review contracts and offer advice Assist in preparing and submitting monthly progress claims to the client Manage subcontractors from onboarding to claim assessments Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations Support the document control function Maintain relevant registers that track and substantiate the projects commercial position Contribute to the project commercial strategy and drive commercial outcomes ABOUT YOU Qualifications inContract Management or similar discipline and/or previous experience in a similar Commercial role you will have;
