About Our Client Our client is a mid-tier head contractor who delivers projects in the industrial, commercial, and government sectors. This includes both new builds, refurbishments, and fit-out projects up to $20m in value. As they continue to expand their market share, they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2024 and 2025, and as such, they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team.
Job Description Key responsibilities will include:
Writing scopes of worksNegotiating and letting sub-contractsInvolvement with monthly cost reportsManaging variationsThe Successful Applicant Selection criteria will include:
Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projectsHigh level of computer literacyExperience with modern construction software systems (e.g., Jobpac, Cheops, Procore)Excellent interpersonal skillsWhat's on Offer On offer:
