The Contracts Administrator aims to improve and leverage the reputation of the company by:
Undertaking project administration, procurement, reporting, forecasting, and project cost control management.
Undertaking project program reporting using MS Project.
Developing strong and lasting relationships with key current and potential partners and stakeholders.
Maintaining and managing records, files, registers, and documents.
Financial reporting and compliance.
BIF Compliance.
Overseeing the coordination of all certificates, as-constructed data, operation manuals, and the like prior to completion of all projects.
Key Accountabilities
Managing all aspects of project administration throughout the estimating and delivery life cycle (program, cost management & monitoring, reporting, contract management, completion management).
Project Documentation Management.
Overseeing the close out of all RFI's by subcontractors and suppliers.
Overseeing/undertaking the administration of all Head Contract RFI's.
Overseeing/undertaking the administration of all Head Contract Variations and Extensions of Time (EOT's).
Identifying opportunities to minimize project timelines, particularly through approval and construction planning processes, without damaging business value.
Engaging with consultant partners so key deliverables are met to the standards required by Azure.
Assisting with project estimates where required.
Ensuring alignment of, and compliance with, procurement and contracting protocols between Azure and partners.
Developing and ensuring compliance with the Azure project management systems (processes, procedures) including document management, program risk management, and WH&S. Upholding current processes and supporting the implementation of new systems/processes.
