Contracts Administrator

These projects could be across education, health, retail, office, and childcare. Our client has a team of close to 30, and growing rapidly moving into 2025. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the administrative aspects of the projects, ensuring smooth operations and successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing contractual documentation and correspondence. Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contract agreements. Preparing and issuing project variations and progress claims. Coordinating subcontractor agreements and ensuring compliance. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on fitout projects Solid knowledge of contract law, construction methodologies, and industry practices. Proficiency in Procore, Hammertech, Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant qualifications in construction, project management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
