Working under our Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on our larger scale projects and also have the opportunity to run your own smaller projects with guidance and support.

The Role: Working on various and unusual 'one off' projects.Project involvement from tender stages.Contract negotiations for project award.Subcontract comparisons and letting.Supplier negotiations and material ordering.Progress claim assessments.Head contract administration - RFI's, EOT's, Variations, Claims.Project planning and programming with Site Managers and Project Manager.Input to helping evolve processes and efficiencies for site and office.Strong work ethic.Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.2 years minimum in a similar role.Construction Management degree or similar.Construction Induction Card (White Card).Current Driver's Licence, and own reliable transport.On Offer: A permanent, full-time position.Ongoing training and further upskilling as required.Work with a young, dynamic, and growing business.Please forward a copy of your resume via Apply Now through Seek.
