Contracts Administrator

Our successful head contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering Health, Education, Industrial, and Retail projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
You will play a key role in the project team.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting Scope of Works, tender packages, and project/financial reportsCollaborating with the Project teamCash flow forecasting and maintaining accurate cost codesBudget control and oversightManaging formal notices and key correspondenceSubcontractor procurement, liaison, and managementMaintaining a register of suppliers and subcontractorsInterpreting plans and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standardsProcessing progress claimsRequirements: 5+ years of Contracts Administration experienceProven track record in delivering projects up to $10MExperience in Health, Education, Industrial, or Retail projectsFamiliarity with Procore, Cheops, or Jobpac software is preferredDegree in Construction Management or equivalentCommercially astute with strong attention to detailProactive, with a can-do attitude and a desire to further develop your construction careerCompany Benefits: Clear staff development pathwaysSupportive team culture with regular social eventsLong-term opportunities and stable employmentHow to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are ready for your next opportunity, click "APPLY" or send your CV to ******.
