Contracts Administrator

Our successful head contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering Health, Education, Industrial, and Retail projects in Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in the project team.

Key Responsibilities: Drafting Scope of Works, tender packages, and project/financial reports Collaborating with the Project team Cash flow forecasting and maintaining accurate cost codes Budget control and oversight Managing formal notices and key correspondence Subcontractor procurement, liaison, and management Maintaining a register of suppliers and subcontractors Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards Processing progress claims Requirements: 5+ years of Contracts Administration experience Proven track record in delivering projects up to $10M Experience in Health, Education, Industrial, or Retail projects Familiarity with Procore, Cheops, or Jobpac software is preferred Degree in Construction Management or equivalent Commercially astute with strong attention to detail Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a desire to further develop your construction career Company Benefits: Clear staff development pathways  Supportive team culture with regular social events Long-term opportunities and stable employment How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are ready for your next opportunity, click "APPLY" or send your CV to [email protected].
