Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with a passion for ensuring project success through meticulous contract management? Our client, a leading provider of water utilities maintenance services, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contract administration for water utilities maintenance projects.
Oversee tendering processes, contract negotiations, and procurement.
Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting contract documents, ensuring all parties are aligned.
Maintain strong communication with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure the smooth progression of projects.
Manage contract variations, extensions, and disputes effectively.
Assist with budget tracking and ensure all costs are documented and aligned with contractual terms.
About You:
Previous experience in a similar role in the construction, water or a high volume maintenance environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders simultaneously.
High level of organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office suite.
