Full-time, $120K - $150K + Super, Milton 4064 The company This award-winning Builder/ Developer builder takes pride in its unwavering commitment to the health, well-being, and education of all its team members while understanding and shaping spaces to align with clients' and partners' visions.  Duties As a Construction Contracts Administrator with the company, you will be a crucial contributor to the company's commitment to delivering exceptional construction projects, primarily focusing on commercial and industrial buildings and high-end residential apartment buildings. The role encompasses the meticulous management of construction contracts and legal documentation, ensuring the smooth progress of projects and compliance with industry standards. Administering and overseeing construction contracts, including thoroughly reviewing agreements, specifications, and legal documents. Collaborating effectively with project managers and contractors to ensure the fulfilment of contractual obligations. Maintaining oversight of contract changes, ensuring compliance, and identifying potential risks. Conducting routine audits to assess contract performance and adherence to industry regulations. Assisting in the preparation of contract proposals and contributing to negotiations. Maintaining organised and systematic records of contract-related documentation for accessibility. Addressing and resolving any contractual disputes or issues during the project lifecycle. Criteria Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts, legal terminology, and industry best practices. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
