Contracts Administrator

Devlyn Construction is privately owned and has been established in Western Australia for over 30 years. We are a leading commercial contractor that specialises in delivering projects across a range of sectors in WA's metropolitan and regional locations.
THE ROLE As a Contracts Administrator with Devlyn you will work closely with the Project Manager. Responsibilities include:
Working collaboratively with the project team, internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients, and consultants;Preparation of subcontractor packages;Procurement of subcontractors and supplies;Negotiate contract terms and conditions with subcontractors, ensuring all contractual obligations are maintained and administered;Coordinate the review and timely approval of payment claims submitted by subcontractors;Review and undertake the assessment of subcontractor variations in conjunction with the construction team;Implementation of forecasting and cost control processes/strategy;Produce timely and accurate cost analysis to understand the basis of any variances to the project forecast and budget;Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication throughout the build;Responsible for project document control, O&M Manuals and communications - inclusive of regular reporting and meetings.ABOUT YOU To be successful with Devlyn, the ideal candidate will have:
Experience in commercial construction;Experience with Procore (advantageous);Experience with Coins (advantageous);Strong contractual knowledge;Demonstrated ability in working to strict timeframes;Experience in the analysis and interpretation of tender plans and documents;Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload;Strong interpersonal skills; andExcellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.ABOUT US At Devlyn we strive to deliver projects with a difference.
