A well-respected Territory owned company that specialises in mechanical contracting, preventative maintenance and repairs to commercial/industrial refrigeration and air conditioning services.

Duties include but are not limited to: Administration support to project team Creation of contracts based on the successful tenders Raise purchase orders Preparing and submitting invoices and progress claims Reconciliation and entry of contract department timesheets weekly Coordinate and schedule staff, subcontractor and equipment Manage required access passes and permits to work for staff and subcontractors Maintain and organize company databases and documentation for easy access and retrieval Collation of documents for reporting purposes What you will need to succeed Minimum three years' experience in an administration position Time management with an attention to detail and the ability to multitask High level communication skills with the ability to liaise with subcontractors and employees High level computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel Ability to work independently and within a team environment Hold a current NT Drivers Licence AAMS is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
