Job Description The opportunity: Acciona Construction Australia has multiple projects in both design and delivery phases across South Australia.
These major projects will see the construction of roads, bridges, and desalination plants.
To help support these projects, we are seeking to bring an experienced Contracts Administrator into our team.

Reporting into the Project Manager, this role will see you responsible for the establishment and negotiation of contracts while acting as an intermediary between our clients, our suppliers, and ACCIONA by resolving possible conflicts and extracting value from our partnerships.

Key accountabilities for the position will be: Administer and supervise contract monitoring, contract administration, and compliance. Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts. Draft, prepare, and execute internal and external correspondence on contractual matters as required. Assist in resolving contract payment disputes and confer with contractors and other business units concerning contract payments and compliance. Perform and/or review contract payment and audits. Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with contract requirements and Company policies and procedures. Required Skills and Competencies Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Law, Commerce, or relevant discipline. Demonstrated ability to analyze contractual/legal issues and provide solutions through appropriate problem-solving techniques. Ability to work collaboratively and positively with a range of internal customers and external suppliers. Strong attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve. Excellent communicator who can influence to achieve collaborative outcomes.
