Join a team of over eighty personnel across Australia.Join a vibrant national team of Construction Management Professionals.Experience preferred in the Interior Fit outs / Detail Joinery / Shopfitting etc.Established over twenty years ago, this company has become a very successful quiet achiever in the Commercial Interior fit out industries – focusing mainly on healthcare related clients such as D&C solutions for Doctors / Dentists / Optometrists / Vets etc.They specialise in the design and delivery of Health / Medical related projects ranging in value from $50K to $500K, in all states of Australia.
They work nationally with private and public sector clients such as Medicare / Private Health Fund Providers / Animal Welfare Groups etc.As a result of increased workload from repeat customers, they are now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator who can assist a team of Project Managers deliver projects within Time, Cost and Quality.Working from a modern office in the Hills district and reporting to the State Manager for NSW, the person we are looking for must have:Excellent Oral and written communication skills.Unrestricted work rights in Australia.Ability to work autonomously.At least one or two years plus experience as a Contracts Administrator undertaking similar projects (Please provide details in your job application).Own transport + good computer skills.Up to date experience on Procore / Cheops / Jobpac / Aconex / MS Office / Nexvia / Hammertech or Similar.Trade or academic background.Checkable references.Neat and tidy personal presentation as you will be dealing directly with clients in the medical profession.Remuneration will be in line with experience.Interested?
