Contracts Administrator required for a successful head contractor overseeing Construction projects within Health, Education & Gov spaces.Our successful client is looking for a skilled driven Contracts Administrator to join a successful team to ensure delivery of multi-million $ commercial projects within QLD.Have you been part of the delivery of Health, Education, Commercial, Refurb & New Build projects in QLD?We are looking for a Contracts Administrator that wants the career path to move into a Project Management or Contracts Management.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDrafting Scope of Works, payment schedules, project reporting and financial reportingLiaison with the Project teamCash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained Maintain of formal notices and key correspondenceSub-contractor liaison and managementMaintain a register of suppliers and sub-contractorsInterpret plans and specifications to understand the full scope of works for the projectsEnsure compliance and quality is metProcess progress claimsRequirements:Degree in Construction Management or equivalent1-2 Years Contracts Administration Experience with a Head Contractor in the commercial space in QLDStrong in Head Contract and Sub-contract issue mitigationWell-versed in ProcoreMust be Gold Coast basedProject Engineer experience would be favouredBenefits:Professional working environmentCareer pathway and framework to step up when the time is rightInvolvement in the delivery of high-profile projectsSocial eventsIf you qualify for the above required experience and are looking to secure your next position then please click apply now or send your CV through to Streamline Careers look forward to assisting you.
