Contracts Administrator - Head Contractor - Fit out/Refurb Projects up to $15m We are currently working with a leading fit out head contractor in Sydney who is looking to recruit Contracts Administrators to join their team due to planned growth and a strong pipeline of work.

About the Company They have been established for over a decade and over this time have demonstrated their dedication to producing high-quality projects. Projects they work on include commercial workplace, boutique residential, hotel, and hospitality projects ranging up to $15M. They have a healthy pipeline coming from both repeat clients and a steady stream of new business. They are led by a very experienced and respected Construction Director, and the business has shown strong year-on-year growth.

About the Role You would be paired up with an established project manager and be working across 2-3 projects at a time. Your duties would include:
Working as part of the team to help deliver projects to a high standard. Negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders. Cost forecasts. Sub-contractor payments. Variations. Progressing Claims, RFIs, etc. Culture They have created an inclusive, friendly, and high-performing environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CA. Experience working on commercial fit out/refurbishments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail.
