Our client has been operating for over 15 years across the commercial fit out and refurbishment space on projects up to $6m. They have a great reputation and have continuously grown since inception. They offer a great work culture with a collaborative and genuine team environment.

Due to securing a number of projects and also a strong pipeline of work, they are looking at welcoming an experienced

Contracts Administrator

into their team.

Your Duties Will Include:

Prepare and issue subcontractor agreements

Preparation of cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements

Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers

Negotiation of contracts

Working closely with the Project Manager and other team members

To Be Considered:

Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Contracts Administrator

Proven experience working on fitout and refurbishment projects

Can do attitude and strong work ethic
