Contracts Administrator - Fifo

06th August,Exact Contracting are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator with a background in mining, civil and/or road construction to join our civil earthworks project in South Australia.The successful candidate will work a FIFO roster on 9 days on, 5 days off rotation.The Responsibilities Of The Successful Candidate Will Include:

Monitoring all contract deadlines and conditions. Preparing monthly progress claims. Preparing and tracking execution of contract change management. Assisting in drafting contractual correspondence with the client, including: Potential variations, Extensions of time, Delay notices, Request for information, and Non-conformances. Compiling all documents necessary for subcontracts and procurement. Administration of all supplier and subcontractor contract requirements. Ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables. Entering daily production data and lodging daily production reports. Tracking and reporting weekly project status.
