Contracts Administrator - Excellent Commercial & Residential Building Contractor Brisbane based business seeking a Contracts Administrator for a site-based position located near Mango Hill. The initial project involves a 45 townhouse development.
This role requires high volume residential experience with a minimum of 3+ years as a Contracts Administrator. The salary ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 + Super (D.O.E) with a Monday to Friday working week.
Join a growing contractor in Brisbane with an excellent reputation and a significant pipeline of work. The contractor delivers new build projects up to $40M, primarily for government and public sector clients in medium density residential spaces.
On this initial $25M D&C new build project, you will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in delivering this medium density housing project. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Contract letting and procurement Cost reporting and forecasting Working on a Design and Construct (D&C) project Preparing Scope of Works Managing RFI's Assessing progress claims and subcontract payments Preparing and submitting variations to the client To be suitable for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
A minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator A construction-related tertiary qualification, preferably in Construction Management or Engineering Experience working on building and refurbishment projects valued at $20M or more Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with reputable Australian building contractors in the mid-tier building and refurbishment space High volume residential experience is desirable (units, retirement living, defence housing, etc.) Familiarity with construction software and systems such as CHEOPS, Jobpac, and/or Procore is highly beneficial This is a full-time opportunity, and the company is looking to recruit as soon as possible.
