With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Environmental Services customer stream. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, your primary responsibility is to support various projects across the customer stream in contract management and procurement. Work Type: Full Time, Permanent Location: Adelaide, South Australia About the role:

This role will include, but is not limited to: Contract management including contract review, departures and negotiation. Oversee (and conduct where necessary) the performance of contract administration activities including preparing and issuing variations, notices of delays, extension of time and progress claims. Review and analyse subcontractor recommendations and requests in line with project procurement registers prior to forming and executing agreements. Maintain live register of all sub-contractor/supplier agreements and ensure agreements are up to date and all insurances are current. Assist Project Teams in the Customer Stream undertaking negotiations with customers and subcontractors with respect to the head contract, subcontract packages, variations and any potential disputes with a view to early resolution and may be required to attend sites. Assist and prepare contract notices and project cost tracking and forecasting.

About you:

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, take pride in their work, have attention to details and a high degree of accuracy. Innovation is as important as ability and we value staff who can think outside of the box and look at problems as challenges and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you will: Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications including MS Project. Hold qualifications in Law, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management or a related degree. Have experience using ERP systems like Pronto, Procore or similar. Demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of contract tasks including financial and technical. Possess a dynamic, engaging and motivational positive can-do attitude. Have previous construction experience, which will be highly regarded. Be able to pass a drug and alcohol and fit for work assessment.
