Some of your duties and responsibilities will include; Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, letting and procurement schedules Managing progress claims and Client variations Tracking project expenditure and reporting Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers Assisting Project Manager and team with daily operations To be considered you must Hold tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Jobpac experience would be highly regarded TOTAL is a Great Place to Work TOTAL is officially recognised by our employees as a Great Place to Work
