Commercial Construction - Contracts Administrator Experience working in the building industry with a tertiary background preferred Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the building industry Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations Proficient in project management software Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities WHS focus Skilled reporting Tasks & Responsibilities
Deliver a multi-story apartments complex Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets Conduct thorough design and cost analysis for building projects Sourcing new trades and supplies as required Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise Negotiate and procure contracts with suppliers and subcontractors Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Stakeholder / Client Engagement Benefits
