TEN Recruitment is partnering with a leading international contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to work on a $90M commercial development while being part of a dynamic and supportive team focused on delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project, ensuring smooth operations.Prepare tender documentation, oversee subcontractor procurement, and review progress claims.Handle procurement, purchasing, and cost forecasting while ensuring budget compliance.Organize and lead project meetings, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.Negotiate contracts and provide guidance to support team development and project success.What You'll Need: Minimum of 5 years in a Contracts Administration role.Solid experience in the commercial construction sector, ideally on projects over $50M.Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A professional demeanor and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.Must be Perth-based with full Australian work rights.What's On Offer: Salary package of $170k–$190k + Super, depends on experience.Opportunity to work on a major project with a respected contractor.Career development within a collaborative and professional team.A balance of on-site and office-based responsibilities.If this role sounds like the next step in your career, apply now!
