The RoleA Contracts Administrator role where you will be reporting to the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of projects including:
Procurement, package, and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account.
Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments, and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint.
Monthly budget management and reporting.
Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within the programme and on budget.
Experience/Qualifications RequiredTertiary Qualifications
in Construction Management or equivalent.A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ years with experience of commercial build projects in Australia is essential.An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
