Who we're looking for: We are seeking a Contracts Administrator Assistant to provide support to either the construction site Commercial Manager or Contract Administrator with the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.
With a Bachelor Degree in Building, Construction or Quantity Surveying or similar you will also have 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the building/construction industry and want to develop your CA career within a large global construction company in the tier one space.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have: Bachelor's degree in building, construction, quantity surveying or similar 1-2 years' experience in a similar role within the building/construction industry Background in Construction or Building and ability to read plans. Experience in quantity surveying/estimating. Understanding of contracts and legal issues pertaining to contracts Knowledge of tender processes Financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life.
