The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Administration Team Leader and supporting the Technical Support team, you will assist with the management and delivery of maintenance contracts and preparation of client reports.
Responsibilities Include And Not Limited To
Ensuring current processes and workflows are kept updatedProviding administrative support to the General Manager and Contract ManagersMaintaining an accredited list of subcontractorsAssisting in the preparation of monthly reportsCreating warranty contracts in accordance with company proceduresGathering information from subcontractors and suppliers as directed by the contract management teamCompleting all contract information as requiredAssisting in coordinating contract management requirements including labour requirements for quoted work, timelines for subcontractors, parts delivery etcAssisting with the mobilisation of new and existing contractsAdministering preventative maintenance contracts
The Candidate:
You have a 'can do' attitude, high attention to detail, are self-motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential and previous experience in the building services industry an advantage.
Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access and knowledge of Great Plains will be highly regarded.
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
