The role The Contracts Administration Officer is responsible for administering Fleet and Facilities contracts in an effective and efficient manner, as per the needs of the organisation. This position will respond to internal and external customer queries ensuring a high level of customer service is provided. The Contracts Administration Officer also provides a range of administration functions to the team in accordance with Gippsland Water policies and procedures.
What you'll bring Experience in contracts administration and providing administrative support to a team. Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external customers. Experience in resolving customer enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus. Well developed skills in computer based technology and using multiple software packages. The ability to work and engage in a team environment whilst working independently as required. Strong time management and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be part of a driven and supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance and overall customer satisfaction.
