We're looking for a Contracts Administration Officer to join our dedicated Contracts & Facilities team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our assets and facilities are in top shape to support service delivery.

Your role: In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring GMCT assets and facilities are well-maintained and support service delivery.
You'll work closely with the team to: Assist with all aspects of service contract management.
Coordinate and manage work requests and maintenance tasks.
Analyze data to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
Maintain budgets and KPIs.
Drive collaborative relationships across the organisation.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
To set yourself up for success, you'll: Have a relevant qualification or experience in a similar administrative role.
Bring experience in works planning, prioritisation, and delegation is a plus.
Have strong analytical skills and can generate reports with recommendations.
Experience using asset management systems is a must.
