Your responsibilities will include:
Administering contracts on commercial construction projects.Preparing project documentation, reports, and correspondence.Coordinating with estimators and project managers to let trade contracts to subcontractors.Managing expenditure, budgeting, and payment processing.Liaising with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.The Criteria Degree/Diploma in building/construction, or other recognised tertiary or trade qualification in a construction related field.A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects, above $5M in value.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors.A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on or simply hit APPLY NOW.All applications to Gough Recruitment stay confidential and will not be discussed with anyone outside of Gough Recruitment without your consent.*Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
