The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Contractor Recruitment Officer to support the achievement of driver fleet staffing objectives. Using our Applicant Tracking System, you will provide support and administrative services in all aspects of attracting, recruiting, selecting and inducting candidates, while providing support and input to improvement projects. You will join our national sourcing team who work together to achieve fleet sourcing objectives for each state.
The right candidate is enthusiastic, positive and has a professional approach to work. They have great written and verbal communication skills and are able to alter their tone and language for a diverse audience.
The Individual Recruitment experience in a blue-collar environment Working knowledge of transport systems and technology (Hub Putty and DX Connect Mobile App) An understanding of chain of responsibility Strong administration and organisation skills to prioritise, allocate and meet deadlines Experience in reporting and analysing information for use by others Intermediate level of skill in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of current contractor legislation, processes and requirements.
