About the role: Reporting to the Logistics and Haulage Superintendent, the Contractor Management Supervisor role will see you managing a variety of contracting teams, ensuring compliance to mine site and legal regulations, with a key focus on safety and ensuring contractual KPIs are met.
Developing strong partnerships with contractors and mine site representatives will see you succeed in this role, as you leverage these to deliver on strategic and operational contract-related outcomes.Additional responsibilities of the role include:Deliver effective contract-related processes and operations including procurement, provision of work packages, sourcing and tendering, and verification of claims and payments to ensure timely Business Unit outcomes.Coordinate and manage contract and cost control related activities, including planning, scheduling, and scoping elements of projects and client needs.Consult with leadership, teams, and peers to integrate, review, and manage the contract portfolio.Exhibit a focus on continual improvement through monitoring and reviewing the end-to-end contract process.Utilise strong system knowledge to manage and report on contract-related activities, providing timely, accurate, and detailed reporting and data collection as required.This is a FIFO role, flying from Perth, working an 8:6 roster.About you: We are seeking a contract management specialist with exposure to mine sites, ideally bulk haulage and road maintenance and/or vehicle maintenance.
You have sound ability to collaborate and make quality decisions, coupled with strong attention to detail, proactivity, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently whilst working to deadlines.
