ABOUT THE ROLEJoin our Cotton On team as a Fit Model and play a crucial role in perfecting our footwear collections! We're seeking a dedicated Fit Model to collaborate with our Rubi team and ensure that our size 37 footwear achieves the ideal fit, comfort, and style. Your insights will directly impact the quality and appeal of our products, as you work closely with our product developers, buyers, and production team. If you're passionate about fashion and excited to contribute to creating outstanding products, we'd love to hear from you! Please note: This is a contractor position with varying hours. Fit sessions are held every Thursday for 3-4 hours, so availability on this day is required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience or background in fittings is preferred
Must meet the measurement target of size 37 footwear to ensure consistency of fit
Ability to confidently provide feedback on the fit of our product
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional departments
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills
Team player with the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
