As a leader in the CCoE, you'll make a real impact in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.As an expert in Contracts, you'll lead a team solving process implementation and commercial risk & issues. In our CCoE team, you need at least 7 years of experience in Contract & Team Management with a preferred degree qualification in business, contract administration/management and/or law and of relevant professional qualifications e.g., CIPS / WCC (desirable).You'll also:Provide timely contractual guidance and review of contract documentation including statements of work, work orders, contract variations, subcontracts, and proposal responses ensuring the firm's approval processes are followed.Create a safe environment where staff feel safe to challenge the status quo and embrace new ideas and ways of doing business.Collaborate across the business to help engagement teams to navigate the firm's commercial complexities, driving the resolution of contracting matters.Work with business engagement leaders to understand critical client, business and delivery requirements and demonstrate the value of the CCoE function.Identify contract risks and issues, propose solutions, work with relevant business, risk and legal teams to ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are in place, and escalate as required.Provide input in relation to the development and refinement of PwC's internal client contracting processes, precedents, playbooks and contracting technology.Oversee production of guidance materials and deliver training on key contract and commercial information to support relevant business teams with their commercial and contract awareness.It's time to move forward.
