About K&S Contract Logistics K&S Contract Logistics is a wholly owned subsidiary of K&S Corporation and consists of three independent operating divisions – K&S Contract Distribution Division, Warehousing Division and On Demand.
About the role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing our Lubricants contract requirements to ensure the customers product/s are loaded, transported, and delivered in a safe and professional manner, whilst ensuring the wellbeing of colleagues and third parties in line with K&S company objectives.
Responsibilities: Communicate information to the customer and internal stakeholders regarding delivery completion and daily progress.Effectively manage company resources to ensure the operations functions comply with relevant HS&E, Quality and P&C practices.Ensure that all Transport & Logistics operations & contracts operate in a safe, compliant, productive, and profitable manner.Manage and coordinate drivers and movements to deliver daily customer requirements including pre-loading trucks and the occasional delivery to support as required.Maintain strong safety culture and compliance to NHVR & Mass/Maintenance Management regulation.Success profile: Demonstrated experience and understanding in transport & logistics operations.Demonstrated experience as an inspirational leader with highly developed interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including effective engagement, negotiation and influencing ability.Holding HR truck license and Forklift License (not prerequisite).Strong computer skills with the ability to collate, interpret and analyse contract data.Strong ability in building rapport with internal and external stakeholders and clients.Critical thinking and decision making that support and deliver on company objectives.To uphold our core value of "Everybody Safe Everyday", a police check and pre-employment medical will be required to be successful in this role.
