We are currently seeking a Contract Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team.
This role is single sponsor dedicated in one of our FSP programs.
As a Contract Specialist, you will be accountable for coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts in the country/countries you are assigned.
You will be working in close collaboration your stakeholders (Study Start-up Management, Project Management, Finance) in compliance with company standard & processes and ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
In this role your accountabilities will include, but will not be limited to: Supporting country Study Start-up strategiy in close collaboration with Study Start-up Team Leads and Managers to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Coordination, preparation, and executio of clinical study contracts and amendments for your assigned projects Tracking and overseeing contract status Negotiating finanical & legal conditions and escalating issues as applicable Being single point of contact for local Legal and ERC Developing and standardizing local contract templates and MSAs Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferred Preferably prior experience in the clinical research field Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
